FAQs
When you sign up, you’ll begin a paid trial that lasts until the end of the month you join. If there are no sessions left in that month, your trial will roll over into the next. You’re free to cancel anytime during your trial, and we’ll refund you for any sessions you haven’t taken.
Absolutely! Our classes are open to everyone, no matter which school they go to (or if they’re not at school yet). All ages and abilities are welcome.
Fees are taken once a month on the 1st. Each billing period is one month, and the cost is the same every month so you always know what to expect. Specific pricing depends on the class you select.
You can cancel anytime. If you’re still in your trial, you’ll be refunded for any unused sessions. If you cancel after your trial, your child can keep coming until the end of the month you’ve already paid for, and then payments will stop.
Every student receives a free rehearsal t-shirt after their first full month with us. Until then, be sure to wear comfy clothes you can move in and trainers (or jazz shoes if you have them). Don’t forget a water bottle too!
Our Musical Theatre Classes are term time only classes. However, we may have other classes, or workshops during holidays and half terms so be sure to check these out if you're looking for something to do over the holidays.

For weekend term-time classes, we run classes on the first weekend of the holidays, and then we'll be back the weekend after children have returned from their holidays.

You can also check when your classes are at anytime by logging in and viewing your account dashboard for a personalised schedule / timetable.

We like to keep things simple! Your fee is the same every month, so you’ll always know exactly what to expect. Some months might have fewer classes, and others may include more classes, extra rehearsals, or performances. Rest assured it all evens out over the course of a year and you won't be charged for the month of August.
No, our classes are term time only, and we don't run any classes during August, as such we don't charge class fees for this month. After July, you won't pay again until September.
