Our Tinies Musical Theatre Classes are a joyful first step into the magical world of music, movement, and imagination. Designed especially for ages 3 - 4, these playful sessions are the perfect blend of fun and learning, giving little ones a safe and exciting space to explore their creativity while developing key early years skills.

Whether your toddler loves to sing, dance, act, or simply join in with the fun, our Tinies classes are a wonderful way to nurture their growing confidence, coordination, and communication skills all while having a brilliant time!

At Catchlights, we know your pre-schooler learns best through play. That’s why our Tinies classes are packed with songs, rhymes, movement games, and imaginative adventures designed to capture their attention and spark their imagination.

From stomping like dinosaurs to floating like bubbles, our activities encourage children to explore the world around them in a safe, structured, and joyful way. Each class is carefully planned to support their stage of development, with plenty of opportunities for self-expression and silliness along the way.

While the emphasis is always on fun, our Tinies classes are also rooted in the principles of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). Through music, movement, and storytelling, children develop:

Communication & Language: singing songs, joining in with rhymes, and exploring new words.
Physical Development: building balance, coordination, and gross motor skills through dance and movement.
Personal, Social & Emotional Development: taking turns, sharing props, and building confidence in a group setting.
Understanding the World & Imagination: exploring stories, role-play, and creative games to make sense of the world around them.

These early foundations not only support school readiness but also give your child valuable life skills—all delivered in a way that feels like play.

Our Tinies sessions are led by specialist teachers with experience and qualifications in Early Years education, alongside professional training in the performing arts. This ensures every class is not only fun and engaging, but also safe, age-appropriate, and carefully designed to support your child’s growth and wellbeing.

We believe every little step is worth celebrating! That’s why we include small, low-pressure “sharing moments” throughout the year, where children can show parents what they’ve been enjoying in class. These magical little performances are a chance to capture the smiles, giggles, and growing confidence of your child.

Our classes provide a warm, welcoming space where toddlers can begin making their first friendships and parents can meet other families. Group activities encourage teamwork and empathy, while plenty of giggles and games ensure every session feels like a highlight of the week.
